Objectives | The student understands how individual employee’s actions affect an organization's success, quality, welfare at work and work atmosphere. The student knows the current labour legislation and its impact on employment relationships. The student is able to work goal-directed and contribute to the collaboration in a multidisciplinary and cross-cultural work community. The student is able to communicate to meet the working life requirements. The student knows the most current methods and tools of IT project work and is able to use them in their own professional field. The student develops their project management skills and learns new technologies in their professional field. |
Content | Organizational and supervisory communication. Meetings, negotiations, personal communication skills. Labour legislation. Current project management tools and methods and applying them in practice. |
