YY00EO46	Developing Own Business for Masters ​ 5 ECT​ (5 cr)
Prerequisites	The student must have established a company that he/she will develop during the course.
Objectives	The student knows how to develop the business of his/her existing company. The student identifies essential development areas from the perspective of a company's success. The student can plan impactful strategies to address identified areas for improvement. The student can evaluate the impact of development tasks from the perspective of the company's success.
Content	Developing the business of the student's own company through a development project.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	Development plan for one's own company, specifying a project plan for a particular development area. Output: written report. Final report on the development work carried out in one's own company. Output: written report. Written literature reflections (at least 2 pieces of literature supporting one's own development task). Meetings with a designated coach/group dialogues. Meetings with a designated coach/group dialogues.
Execution methods	The course is based on independent student work. No lectures. Personalized guidance.
