Description

YY00ED99	Language and Culture Project (10 cr)
Prerequisites	Preliminary skills requirements are determined per implementation and specified in the implementation plan.
Objectives	I work in a multicultural environment and networks. I create multicultural connections. I communicate orally and in writing in a foreign language. I am aware of the differences between cultures and take them into account in my activities. I evaluate and develop my foreign language and multicultural skills.
Content	The student participates in a project or activity related to languages and culture under the guidance of a teacher from the Language Center.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	Implementation methods are determined per implementation and specified in the implementation plan.
Execution methods	Implementation methods are determined per implementation and specified in the implementation plan.

Assessment Methods and Criteria
The course will be assessed as approved/failed. The improvement of Finnish discussion skills will be shown by participating the meetings.

There won`t be any final test. The students pass the course by participating actively the meetings and discussions.
