Description

IN00ED23 IT Application Project (12 cr)
Prerequisites -
Objectives A student can implement a software application for a microcontroller. The application monitors environment through sensors and the application can control equipment attached to microcontroller based on sensor signals.

A student can act according to project process model and as a team member. He/she can design implement and document an embedded software application. He/she can use programming and hardware tools for implementing the embedded application.

A student can use equation solving, vector algebra and basics of complex numbers skills for practical project problems.

The student can design and document a simple program as a block diagram. The student can also implement the program based on the block diagram.
Content Microcontroller structure and operating principle. Embedded software design and documentation as a block diagram and coding with C/C++ language. (3 ECTS)

Project. Embedded system components and design tools, application design and implementation. Project management. (6 ECTS)
