Objectives Student names and compares different business forms, organizational life and basic concepts of personnel management. Student understand's management development tasks and the importance of entrepreneurial skills as part of the life cycle of occupational therapy and rehabilitation and well-being services as well as student's professional growth. Student knows and recognize and reflect on the importance of ethical behavior in the management and cooperation of the company and people. Student is able to identify and locate the special features of business operations in his/her field and similarities in the business field. Student understand's the impact of marketing, branding, networks and communications on a company's success.
Content Different business forms, organizational life and basic concepts of personnel management. Management and development tasks and entrepreneurial skills. Ethically sustainable operation. Business activity in the field of occupational therapy. Marketing, branding, networks and communication.

Student describes in detail (reflecting on) the importance of ethical activities as part of company and people management and cooperation, illustrating with examples. Student evaluates and explains the special features of business operations in the social and healthcare and occupational therapy fields. Student describes and reflects on the impact of marketing, branding, networks and communication on the company's success.
