Objectives Part 1:
The student will master the basics of first aid. She/he can act in a emergency situation and start emergency assistance.
Part 2: Practice
The students are able to meet different customers and listen to their experiences in different environments. He or she knows the principles of service management. He or she can plan and steer clients activities both individually and in a community. He identifies occupational performance as part of his/her daily life. The student is able to coach clients to look at their occupational balance regarding play, self-care, leisure time or work. The student is able to collaborate with clients and multiprofessional team members in low-threshold services and communities
Content Part 1: Emergency first aid.

Part 2: Meeting a client. Coaching. Guidance and counseling. Occupational balance. Case management. Communality and co-operation.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.

The student recognizes the importance of various low-threshold services and understands their importance for the well-being of customers
The student describes and tells about the possibilities of occupational therapy in the community and the importance of the individual's functionality and participation for the individual's health and well-being.
The student produces his reflections and concepts to illustrate his appreciation of people's individuality, different cultures, and ways of living.
