Objectives	I apply user-centered way in developing process and work and use service design methods in the development of products and services.
Content	Service design process, methods, user orientation.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	I demonstrate competence by working in a multidisciplinary team using the process and methods of service design and a learning assignment.
Execution methods	I develop my skills by studying in a multidisciplinary service design team made up of information technology and nursing students.
