OT00DZ86 | Practical Training in Health Promotion and Leadership of Public Health Nursing (6 cr) |
Prerequisites | The student has completed at least 140 CR in nursing degree programs. |
Objectives | The student understands the key approaches and contents of health promotion management, local management and teamwork in health promotion work units. The student defines his/her professional role in developing a healthy and safe environment as part of a multi-professional and multidisciplinary team of experts. The student knows the practices of management of preventive and health-promoting health care work. The student applies the legislation and strategies governing health care work in my own work. The student knows the principles and practice of local management and teamwork. The student works as a member of a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team. The student works in accordance with the ethical guidelines for nurses. |

The student is familiar with the practices, processes and procedures of my placement as a line manager. The student is with the practices and principles of teamwork in my placement.
