Objectives	The student supports and guides expectant parents and families in making health-promoting choices and assess the child's growth and development. The student examines and analysis the results of research and refers for further investigation if necessary. The student supports families in different life situations. The student Implements national guidelines and regulations on the prevention and treatment of communicable diseases. The student analyses the growth and development of school-age children and young people. The student supports school-age children, young people and their families in making health-promoting choices. The student assess the working in occupational health care and ability to work in accordance with the action plan and using appropriate methods as part of health checks and work capacity support. Content	The specificities of health care work for pregnant women and families with children. Health screening, health monitoring methods and assessment.
