OS00DU01 Citizen in Digital Services Stream MOOC (1 cr)

Objectives Student:
You know how citizens can access digital services
You know how to guide citizens to access information about them in digital services
You know how to direct citizens to sources of reliable information and how to use guidance material produced in digital format.
Content You will learn about the e-services available to citizens through the case study in this section (text file and video format), online resources in your municipality and literature.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods A MOOC is a set of courses that are self-paced and delivered in an online learning environment, regardless of time and place.

Those enrolled in the course will receive a link to the starting instructions in the enrolment confirmation email.
Execution methods To be accepted, you must open the case study video or PowerPoint, review the material, play a memory game (no feedback or assessment), take an assessed exam and provide feedback on the course.
