Objectives | The student understands how national and international strategies, organisational strategy and governance guide the work and activities of different organisations - public, corporate and third sector. The student identifies ways of organising social and health services. The student understands the costs, impacts and effectiveness of organisational activities and service delivery. The student knows my role in implementing evidence-based practice and delivering high quality and effective services. The student describes and analyse local management and team leadership in the social and health sector. The student works in a way that promotes well-being at work. The student identifies the roles and responsibilities of the line manager and the employee in terms of well-being at work and competence development. |
