Objectives | I understand the importance of nutrition as part of an individual's well-being, strain and recovery. I know the principles of different physical qualities and I can program physical training. I understand the dance teacher's well-being expertise as an activity that supports the overall growth and development of the individual. |
Content | Nutrition, nutritional recommendations, energy sources, energy consumption and recovery. Principles of exercise of physical qualities (power, speed, endurance, mobility). The programming of physical training. Optimal load at different stages of the life cycle. Overload. |
