Objectives	I use the means of communication purposefully in demanding expert tasks. I apply my communication and problem-solving skills in managing interactive situations. I participate in field-related and multidisciplinary negotiations in a planned and cooperative manner. I develop the interactive situations of my expert work and examine them critically. I recognize my own strengths and development targets in my interaction skills.
