7T00DE96 Adults with Special Needs and Participation in Daily Life (5 cr)
Prerequisites First year studies .
Objectives The student evaluates various support needs in the course of an adult's life. The student recognizes and support individual customer processes in the customer's different life situations and operating environments. The student strengthens the client's agency in everyday life by social counselling. The student analyzes the customer's service needs and knows how to systematically guide the customer in the service system. The student works as part of a multi-functional network.
Content Identifying and assessing the customer's support needs in different life situations and operating environments. Customer orientation and individual customer processes.Supporting the customer's involvement and agency in everyday life. Social counselling. Goal-oriented guidance of the customer in the service system.
