Prerequisites First year studies .
Objectives The student assess the special needs of children. The student plans, implements and assess services for families of children with special needs. The student assess multiprofessional and multisectoral cooperation in rehabilitation of children with special needs.
Content The assessment of children with special needs. Services and support for children with special needs at different ages. Families of children with special needs. Ethical aspects in special education and working with children with special needs.

The student evaluates and justifies the various support needs of children and young people based on researched information and using concepts in a versatile way.
