The student will identify group phenomena and give examples of his/her own behaviour as a member of a group. Students will identify the use of communication techniques in individual and group counselling. Using specific professional concepts, the student will recognise the importance of resourcefulness and give examples of the use of creative and resourceful methods in client work. The student will recognise the importance of safe interaction and give examples of this. good (3-4) The student will give examples of the importance of professional interaction, demonstrating familiarity with the knowledge base of the profession. The student will identify group phenomena and give examples of his/her own activities as a member of a group. The student will recognise the use of communication methods in individual and group counselling. Using the knowledge base, the student will describe the importance of working with resources and give examples of the use of creative and resource-based methods in client work.
