Description
TW00CH91 | Industrial Electronics and AC Circuits (5 cr) |
Prerequisites | TW00BP79 |
Objectives | Students knows the basic concepts of electronics and the structure and function of electronic components used in most ordinary industrial electronic devices. Practical training included in this course is performed during the course. After the course students -are familiar with analogue AC circuits and their analysis methods -are are able to use a computer to solve circuit problems. |
Content | Passive components: resistors, capacitors, and inductors. Diodes and basic diode circuits. Bipolar- and FET-transistors amplifier and switch component to different applications. OP amplifier and feedback. OP amplifier and different applications. AC circuits, phasors, circuit analysis methods and resonance circuits. Laboratory exercises or simulations. |
Recommended optional programme components | If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan. |
