TW00EB41 Process Automation Project (15 cr)

Objectives Student is familiar with functions of different fields of process automation and is capable of planning, implementing and commissioning a typical process automation system. Student knows the conventions for communication, negotiation and documentation as well as basics of business activities in the international process automation field.
Content A complete process automation project. Assigments for the student to deepen his/her competence in control theory and such fields of process automation as instrumentation, electric drives, automation systems, buses, user interfaces and maintenance systems.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
