Objectives | Student can design the control, commissioning, maintenance and optimization of an advanced smart grid as project work. |
Content | Advanced smart power grid design project. Renewable energy-based power generation, solar systems, power grid design, maintenance control and active network management, power quality and fault control, power storage, battery systems, smart road traffic control, demand power flexibility, virtual power plants, micro power grids, ICT solutions and information security. |
