Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	The student know different roles in construction sites, with superior practice and the meaning and duties of safety issues at site. The student becomes acquainted with the most used types of site plans at a building site.
Content	Foreman duties and skilss at a building site, personnel management. Recruiting, employment contract, introductory briefing as well as work safety and control. Site plans: areal plan, schedule and equipment plans, plans for work safety, fall protection, electricity, fitting of prefabricated units, moisture control, quality and purchase plans and other possible more detailed plans in engineering and schedule operations.
