| Prerequisites | Steel structures 1 or corresponding knowledge. |
| Objectives | The student will master the principles of structural design and process of structural steel members in ultimate and serviceability limit state. The student is able to produce design documents for steel structures. |
| Content | The deformations in steel structures. Design of beams, columns and trusses. Statically loaded joints and their applications. Thin steel structures. Fire design and fire protection. |
