TF00DL46 Financial Management of a Construction Project (5 cr)
Prerequisites Modern Construction Management
Objectives The student knows how to make a life cycle calculation and is able to compare the eligibility of construction plans from an economic and lifecycle perspective. The student is able to make a maintenance cost estimate and a long-term maintenance plan.
During the course, we review the cost accounting methods, learn the basics of cost formation, the input-level cost accounting of the implementation of the project, and the cost accounting of additional and modification work. In addition, we will study cost forecasting, production value calculation and cost-based method selection.
