Objectives	Knows the reserch methods and equipment used in reconstruction, can use the equipment and compile research reports concerning indoor air.
Content	The effects of maintenance on the economics of a property in the long term. Moisture and microbe damages, the thermal functioning of structures, thermal imaging, thermal comfort. The joint effect of ventilation, heating system and envelope. Building physics: heat and moisture. Surface damp measuring. Measuring structural damp in concrete. Damp measuring of wood. Asbestos in reconstruction. Reporting.
