| Objectives | To be able to select structures of building interior based on soundproofing, silencing, moisture conditions and fire technical qualities. To be able to use the fields sources. To know and to be able to select building interior, surface materials and structures, doors and windows. To understand building physical concepts in room acoustics. To be able to formulate schedules of work and an entity of implementation plan for ordinary buildings. To have basic understanding of design of building environment structures. To understand the role of commercial and judicial documents in different types of building projects. To know the use and organization of building specifications and the link between other technical documents, sources and regulations.To be able to draw up building specification for building environment and interior structures together with BIM. To produce documents for maintenance of buildings. To know the principle designer’s main roles in building projects. |
