Objectives 1. The student is able identify the key questions of philosophy of science. The student recognizes the key principles of scientific thinking and is able to reflect on the conditions for the reliability of scientific knowledge.
2. The student is able to structure the goals of science and is able to structure the role of science in society.
3. The student masters the basic principles of scientific argumentation, experimental method, scientific explanation and cause-effect reasoning.
4. The student is able to plan and implement a small scientific study. The student is able to communicate the study results to different audiences
