pass/fail To pass: 1. A student familiarizes with the concept of facilitation and its' principles, and summarizes them. 2. A student explains what is the role and tasks of the facilitator, and explains what does not belong to the facilitator. 3. A group of student practices to facilitate a workshop. 4. They use at least three collaborative and interactive tools in the facilitation and give reasons for their choices. 5. A student compares virtual facilitation with the traditional one. 6. A student reflects her/his compentences as a facilitator and identifies her/his strengths and development needs as a facilitator. |
