Objectives | After completing the course, the student is able to describe and explain different methods of refractive surgery. The student is able to assess the patient's vision and eye health before and after surgery. |
Content | Different methods of refractive surgery Biological and bio-mechanical properties of the cornea Indications and contraindications for refractive surgery Pre-operative examinations and evaluation Post-operational examinations and evaluation Complications of refractive surgery Infection control and optometric equipment maintenance. |
