Evaluation Criteria

pass/fail
Active and regular participation in face-to-face teaching, practicing repertoire according to one's skill level.
Using stylish and personal solutions in musical expression.
Documenting and reflecting on professional growth in one's own main instrument.
Assessment of one's own competence in a self-assessment questionnaire and guidance discussions with the tutor/teacher.
Planning your own training and progressing according to the plan, modifying the plan if necessary.
Practice in performing and presentation of a larger program for the main instrument (B level).

The grade of the technical part of the examination (0–5) consists of continuous evaluation of the ongoing process (class activity, independent work and progress monitoring) and the points of the technical degree sub-areas, so that the feedback of the process can influence the total score in a rounding way. The artistic part is evaluated on the scale pass/fail. The evaluation of the artistic part examines both the quality of the preparation process leading to the concert (project planning and implementation) and the concert itself, where the student gets to bring out his/her own artistic vision and operates at the center of the performance carrying the responsibilities of a soloist.
