Objectives | I play/sing repertoire on my own level. I settle myself realistic objectives in my instrument studies. I understand the importance of practicing in the development of my instrument skills. I practice my instrument according to my plan and give a presentation of my skills. I further deepen my knowledge in the special features of my main instrument and broaden my skills in accompaniment. |
Content | Studying tehcnique, interpretation and musical aspects of one’s main instrument and possible secondary instrument. Significance of practicing in studying music. Studying and rehearsing repertoire in one’s main instrument and possible secondary instrument. Broadening skills in accompaniment. |
Recommended optional programme components | If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan. |
Accomplishment methods | Contact lessons, active independent practicing and presentation of the skills. Classical accompaniment (singers + orchestral instrument students) and/or studies in keyboard harmony. |
