Objectives	I am familiar with the special pedagogical issues of my instrument/major and the related pedagogical methods. I instruct and guide the group's musical activities. I guide my students' creativity and musical expression. I use participatory and experiential methods. I coach my student to perform or demonstrate their skills. I know the factors related to a pedagogue's well-being at work. I recognize learners with special needs and identify their needs and use special aids or methods in their guidance. I am aware of my responsibility as a feedback provider. I know the principles of board and selection exam work.
Content	- special pedagogical questions related to my instrument or major - planning and organizing the group's music activities and/or events - guiding improvisation and instructing composing - well-being of music pedagogues - special needs learners and guidance of their learning - committee work - entrance examination work - responsibilities of Johtosävel.

Evaluation Criteria	pass/fail I compile comprehensive notes on topics covered in Vocational Pedagogy. I direct music activities using participating and inter-arts approaches. I plan and implement activities that support the pupil's creativity and expression. I participate in the planning, organisation and committee work of Johtosävel's activities, such as annual performances and entrance examinations. I give peer and board feedback. I evaluate my own pedagogical competence in a versatile way.
