Objectives | Student identifies ways to promote the sustainability of cattle in milk and beef production. Student understands the importance of genetics in the development of the cattle. He/she describes the breeding objectives and breeding program for cattle. Student evaluates the alternatives and effects of breeding methods as well as farm-level breeding. |
