Description


LM00DP75 Animal Physiology and Nutrition (5 cr)
Prerequisites Course Food Production in the North or similar skills.
Objectives Student identifies anatomical parts of the animal body and chemical and nutritional properties of feeds. He/she understands physiological functions of the body and is able to observe the nutritional condition and welfare of animals. Student calculates feeding values and ration according to the nutritional needs of an animal.
