Objectives	Student forms an overall picture and promotes the bio and circular economy. Student understands carbon and nutrient cycles and the problems of current resource consumption. He/she identifies ways to solve problems through the circular economy. Student evaluates the Finnish energy system from the perspective of security of supply and ecological sustainability.
Content	Climate change, greenhouse gases Carbon cycle, carbon neutrality, carbon sequestration Nutrient cycles Mineral circulation Basic concepts of energy economy and energy sources Production and use of bioenergy in Finland Biomass Agroecological and industrial symbioses
