Objectives | Student is able to analyze production and service processes in enterprises, communities and organizations from an economical and sustainable point of view. Student can compare alternative procedures and create development proposals. Student can put up flow charts and operating instructions. Student is able to describe results and present them to the stakeholders in a written and an oral format. Student has the skills to formulate a business plan or a sustainability plan. |

Accomplishment methods | Project based studies in groups. The projects are carried out using inquiry-based learning with the help of tutoring and lectures. |
Execution methods | Students will work in groups on a project assignment. The commissioner of the project is a farm enterprise. |
