Objectives | Student is able to plan forestry measures on a compartment level and compare their profitability. Student takes into account principles of sustainability and nature management on a forest holding. Student is able to utilize geographic information sources and check and complete the data with field measurements. Student recognizes sites entitled for subsidies defined in the Act on Financing of Sustainable Forestry. The student is able to plan timber harvesting from the owner’s point of view and evaluate the implementation. Student is able to apply professional vocabulary and search for up-to-date information about forestry. |
