Objectives Student is able to assess and plan cattle management processes in ordinary and organic production. Student can plan cattle feeding and a fodder production. Student is able to evaluate cost structure and environmental effects of dairy and beef cattle production. Student is able to evaluate the costs and functional design of a cattle barn and compare different technological solutions. Student is able to outline present cattle breeding goals and breeding programme and farm level breeding plan procedures.
