Objectives Student is able to compare alternatives for production and investments and their long-term profitability. Student can plan ownership arrangements. Student is familiar with finance market and sources of funding. Student commands legislation concerning daily operation of an enterprise. Student is able to make contracts. Student can apply various leadership techniques. Student can organize SME level recruiting and is familiar with employer and employee rights and responsibilities. Student can estimate the volume of labour and plan labour use.
