Objectives	Student deepens knowledge of contractual regulation. Student is familiar with the specific contractual regulation of real estate and housing trade, room rent and public procurement. Student is familiar with the central regulation of housing and real estate transactions. Student know the responsibilities and obligations of the buyer and seller. Student knows the key principles of room rent regulation.
Content	Main principles of Contract Law, Branches of Contract Law, regulation of Real Estate Transactions and Housing, responsibilities of the buyer and seller, key principles of room rent regulation
