| Objectives | The student understands consumer marketing regulations and official guidelines and knows how to evaluate the appropriateness of marketing. The student knows how to plan and implement digital marketing in compliance with regulations and official guidelines. The student knows the regulation on online shopping and knows how to apply it in practical situations. The student knows the regulation regarding the procedure in customer relations and knows how to act responsibly in customer relations and taking into account the customer's rights. The student understands the importance of data protection and knows how to take care of data protection in the maintenance of customer relations and in the implementation of marketing. In addition, the student knows the important intellectual property rights in terms of marketing, knows how to evaluate and utilize the protection they bring, and implement marketing while respecting the intellectual property rights of other operators. The student understands the importance of the law on inappropriate conduct in business activities in marketing and business, and can evaluate his/her activities accordingly. |
