Objectives	Student is able to explain the key concepts and principles of criminal law. Student knows the basics of the penalty system. Student can explain the course of criminal proceedings as a whole. Student knows the actors, the role and functions of the criminal process at different stages of the criminal case proceedings. Student is familiar with the key concepts and principles of procedural law. Student knows the structure of the court system.
