Objectives Student knows the stages and concepts of marketing planning. He/she can apply knowledge in the creation of new customer connections and in the developing of the present customer relationships. Student knows the special characteristics of the service marketing and understands their significance in the developing of the customer experience.
Content Marketing planning process, customer's buying path, services marketing, service design, developing customer experience
