Objectives The student plans and implements the company's marketing in practice in a target-oriented manner and taking into account the changing operating environment. The student acts customer-oriented. The student understands the importance of marketing and value as part of the company's business, sales process and customer management. The student implements versatile marketing communication in building customer relationships. The student knows how to sell and evaluate the effect of sales on the company's cash flow, as well as identify his own weaknesses and strengths as a seller.
Content Customer orientation and value creation for the customer, productization, setting marketing and sales goals, marketing communications, practical sales work, sales impact on profitability.
