KL00DP43 Starting a Profitable Business (5 cr)

Objectives The student observed the operating environment and prevailing trends with his team. The student develops salable products based on his own and his team's expertise. The student knows how to describe a business opportunity with different models. The student knows different methods for evaluating the profitability of a business opportunity and its financing needs. The student analyzes the various resource needs of a business opportunity, and understands the parties from which resources are obtained.
Content operating environment analyses, product development, productization, funding sources, alternative calculations, business idea models (e.g. BMC, LMC)
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
