KL00DP42 Building a Customer Network (5 cr)

Objectives The student identifies the right customer groups and builds a working customer network for his own team company. The student creates a functioning customer management system for his own team company for daily work to support customer management and sales. He knows how to make versatile use of his networks in the development of the company's business and in the planning and evaluation of business ideas. The student can identify opportunities that can generate value for different actors/communities.
Content Acquisition of new customers, development of customer relationships into customer relationships, customer management, networking and their utilization in the development of the company's business, use of the customer management system
