| Objectives | The student manages the steps to establish a company and knows how to define both the rules and the necessary agreements for the company to be established in the team. The student has a clear understanding of the necessary duties defined for the authorities. The student knows how to fulfill himself in a team learning environment in a goal-oriented, courageous and ambitious manner. The student takes responsibility for building the organization of the team company. The student understands his role as part of the Terwa Academy community. The student masters the basics of dialogue and is able to take responsibility for organizing team learning situations. The student knows how to make use of the support networks related to starting a company.
