Objectives	Student understands the basics of labour law. Student is able to define the rights and obligations of the employee. Student knows different criteria for termination of employment.
Content	Contract of employment, employee and employer obligations, termination of employment contract. Fundamentals of Civil Service Law. Occupational safety issues: safety at work, working hours, annual leave. Collective bargaining.
