Objectives | Student deepens his/her knowledge of the significance of the voluntary collection of the claim. Student learns about the summary-litigation proceedings in the District Court and is be able to prepare a subpoena. Student is able to explain the key concepts and principles of bailiff and insolvency procedures. Student is able to describe the procedures of private person's debt arrangement, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. Student understands the importance of bailification and insolvency procedures. Student can explain what the bailiff base means. Student can work with practical cases and and find key problems and solutions. Student is able to draw up documents relating to collection and insolvency law. |
