Objectives | Student is able to explain the key concepts of family and inheritance law. Student knows the legal regulation of family relationships. Student knows the inheritance legal system. Student is familiar with the regulation of estate settlement. Student can explain the central content of the legal subsystem. Student can explain the key aspects in testament law. |
Content | Marriage, marriage property system, marital law, prenuptial, stratification and separation. Cohabitation, property effects of cohabitation. Parenting, child maintenance and appointment. Widow status. Trustee duties, trustee supervision. |
