Objectives | Students explore different substance areas and requirements in managerial work. Students learn how to act in different manager-worker-communication situations. identify the problems and challenges in managerial work. Students knows how to support diversity at the work place and why that is beneficial. Student understands the importance of well-being and knows basics of the early support model. In the face of changing work situations, a student is capable of adapting proactively. |
