Objectives	Students know the entity of public economy and roles of various parties in managing economy. Students know the basics of drawing up the governmental and municipal budget. They can also interpret financial key ratios. Students can use the key concepts of public sector cost accounting.
Content	The roles of the government and municipalities in public economy. Annual planning and budgets of the government and municipal economy. Key ratios as indicators of economy. Cost accounting and cost management. Tools of performance and market management in public economy.
